Service & Warranty

1-year International Warranty

We’re proud of our watches and we believe you’ll enjoy them as much as we do. We believe in the quality of our watches and warranty them against against manufacturing defects for 12 months from its date of purchase.

Accessories purchased from us are also warranted against manufacturing defects, provided that we're notified of the defects within 7 days upon receipt.

For every valid warranty claim we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item or, if that isn't commercially reasonable, issue you a refund.

For valid warranty claims made within 7 days upon receipt, shipping costs will be borne by us. For other claims the cost of shipping your item to us will be borne by you.

The warranty is not extended to natural markings on leather, and doesn't cover damage that in our opinion is caused by misuse, surface treatment, accident, neglect, failed repair attempts or mishandling. The warranty also does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

The warranty will be void if the item was handled differently from the instructions in the user manual or by an unauthorised third party.

Special Care

For owners of the limited-edition void-black dials, please note that your dials are coated with a special carbon nano-material (“the Material”). As such, we caution that all repairs should be sent back to us as special handling is necessary to avoid damage to the void-black dials.

General Watch Care & Maintenance

A mechanical watch is more than just a timepiece. It is a symbol of classical engineering with heritage. A mechanical watch is built with more precision than a regular quartz watch – but it also requires more care. Here are some tips for taking care of your mechanical watch:

Wind the timepiece gently

Wearing the timepiece daily will keep it wound naturally. Gently shake the timepiece if it has stopped and it will start moving again. It is important to not wind a mechanical watch beyond resistance. Overdoing it might cause the mainspring to break.

Avoid swimming and showering with the watch

Our timekeepers are water resistant to 3ATM/ 30M, meaning that they’ll survive rain. We do not recommend user to take the watch into the pool, shower, hot tub or sauna. Leather straps will be damaged by prolonged exposure to water. Chemicals found in pools (e.g., chlorine), as well as soaps and shampoos used when showering, might cause it damage.

Do ensure that crown is fully engaged at all times before making contact with any water.

Avoid Shocks

A mechanical movement is built with precision and shocks might cause movement parts to break. A mechanical watch should not be worn while golfing, chopping wood, or biking on cobblestones.

Service Regularly

If you find your timepiece keeping time inaccurately (too slow or too fast), it probably needs to be regulated. We recommend servicing it once every 3 to 5 years.
